What would adventure be like vegan style? I’d say, the same as any adventurer craving to explore the world and experience everything possible in our short lifespan. The theoretical upper limit for the human body is around 120 years and I’m about to pass 1/4 of that limit turning 30 in a couple weeks.
The past 5 years has shown me some of the remarkable things that can happen in your lifetime. The major ones include graduating from UCF with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, getting my first “real world” job, turning vegetarian in 2004, going vegan in 2005, buying a house with my wonderful girlfriend of 4 1/2 years, Sarah, and experiencing the death of my dad from heart disease in 2007.
Sprinkled within the last 5 years are some of the greatest adventures I’ve had in my life. Adventure. Excitement. Moments filled with awe and wonder in how amazing and beautiful this world is. Romance. Love. Sound like an Indiana Jones movie? Exactly! This is what the “Adventurous Vegan” is all about! So join me in my quest to live life to the fullest, vegan style. 😀
I love you, babe!!! I love your blog. Keep it up. 🙂
